Method of Calculation:  The points for the 2002 World Championship are calculated based upon that criteria.  For each weapon the points awarded based upon the points table.  Eligible international results are multiplied by a factor of 1.5.  The total number of points is determined by summing up the best two domestic results and the best two international results.  The combined rankings are determined from the sum of the best two weapons.

Method of Calculation:  The rolling points table is computed from the events in the previous year.  The points are awarded from the points table.  International events prior to March 2001 are multiplied by 1.25; international events after March 2001 are multiplied by 1.5.  The total number points in an individual weapon is determined from the sum of the best two domestic results and the best two international results.
